Take Charge of Your Work From Home Experience

Requirements

  • 18 years or older

  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week

  • Must pass a background check

  • Quiet Working Environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Office Equipment

  • Must live in the United States (excluding the states listed on the FAQs page)

Equipment Needed

As on independent contractor, you have the responsibility of providing your own equipment and paying for your own background check.

  • Windows Desktop/ Laptop (No Macs/ Chromebooks)

  • USB Headset

  • Internet (you will need an ethernet cord)

*Please note, as an independent contractor,  you have the ability to write these expenses  off on your taxes.

The Process

Step 1: Apply

​

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email detailed how to get registered.

Step 2: Enroll

​

If approved for the platform, you will be onboarded to the call center and you will need to complete a skill assessment to find out if you are a good fit.

 

The assessment is to match you with clients to service. Please allow yourself 30-45 dedicated minutes to complete the assessment as it is possible to fail.

Step 3: Certification

​

Once your assessment is complete, you will be able to choose a client to service. Enrolling in training is the next step to receive your certification. Once you are certified, you will be able to choose your desired schedule and start working from the comfort of your own home.
